Hi and welcome to my blog Life and Eating! The purpose of my blog is to provide information on what to eat if you are thinking about a change and ideas for healthy living day to day. I am hoping to be an inspiration to others from what I have learned and experienced myself. As a person with MS, I knew I had to make changes in my daily eating habits to help with digestion and physical symptoms so I began to read and read I did! Thankfully, I am not alone in this journey. I’ve got a wonderful support system in my fiancé and in my family and any information they find that will help me is lovingly sent my way! What I will do in this blog is provide information from books I have been reading, tips for what to buy at the store, recipe ideas and much, much more! I figured since I’ve already spent the money on books etc., why not share the info?! I hope the information you find here will help you on your journey as well.
